Too Much Demand… A Good Problem? 10.17.2012

Demand for the GoSmart Stylus was overwhelming and in hind sight, we weren’t as prepared as we should have been.  Ramping up production was thought to be a simple matter of issuing a purchase order since the manufacturer was able deliver thousands of beautiful styluses with the first shipment, but we also learned that maintaining a high level of quality isn’t an easy task.  We have rejected an entire lot of parts that didn’t meet our standards and have addressed the issues so we are back on track.  We have fulfilled all the back ordered stylus last week and more styluses are currently on the plane to the US and UK (Couldn't leave Korea out on the map).  Thank you everyone for patiently waiting.  For those of you that have told us how you love the GoSmart Stylus, please help us by writing reviews on Amazon!
